This project was first conceived as a 444-unit student apartment complex on a different site, but the recession had other plans. The project was abandoned in early 2011. Hayes Modular Group obtained many of the already constructed modular units and came to us to develop a new plan since we had worked on the earlier iteration. We re-worked the plan to work with the new site, and worked with Hayes to develop a facade that blends well with the historic school building on the site. More Info
