Jefferson Boardwalk is located in the unique Mercer Crossing community of Farmers Branch, Texas. The project contains ten 3-story buildings with tuck under garages, for a total of 424 residential units. The City required that parking be hidden from the public, which was achieved by orienting the buildings to surround surface parking and facing the tuck under garages inward on the site. The project has water front views with a biking trail connecting the entire Mercer Crossing community. The main residential building at the front entrance of the site integrates the leasing office, club house and fitness room facing the resort style pool. There is also a second club house located within one of the residential buildings with a water view, overlooking the sand volleyball courtyard.
