This project is the second phase of the Jefferson Boardwalk development, located in Farmers Branch. The gated community has seven apartment buildings with tuck-under garages and large private yards. The leasing and amenities are in a free-standing building, characterized with an industrial look. An iconic red wall pierces through the building, drawing people to the amenities behind the clubhouse. A fan-shaped pool creates an interesting space, forming a quarter-circle with the building. The residential buildings have stone façades, and the prominent corners are accentuated by wrap-around balconies with large metal awnings above.
