The project site, located couple blocks away from the University of Dallas in Irving, has a unique character with a 45-foot drop from one corner to the opposite corner. There are total of seven buildings with 282 residential units on a tight site. In addition to the grade change, it was most challenging to meet the setbacks and the building separation distance required by the City. The main building, located at the entrance of the site, is a mixed use 3/4-story split with enclosed corridors. It features the leasing office, fitness center, market cantina, club room, lounge and residential units overlooking the pool courtyard and the rest of the site. The other six buildings are 3-story residential with tuck-under garages.
