Architecture Demarest worked in conjunction with Doug Hudson (Design Architect) to create this mixed use community. Built over an underground parking garage, this unique development also features restaurants, retail and amenities such as resort-style swimming pools, cabanas, outdoor spas, a fitness center with yoga studio, business lounge, and bicycle storage in a desert oasis setting.
