Architecture Demarest worked closely with the owner and the city on the design for the Gardens on Havana.  The city wanted a project that reflected the character of the commercial development to the north while the owner wished to give the project its own identity.  The resulting architectural landscape merges the imagery of the adjacent property with residential notes giving the project complementary but original feel.
