This is the first student housing building on the new campus for the University of North Texas at Dallas. This building responds to the existing architecture of the campus with sweeping roof forms and dynamic geometry. It consists of 120 beds, in 56 units. This 4-story building responds to the human scale with a raised community building connected with a glass bridge at the second floor. As the 3rd building on the new campus, the building is both iconic and place-making.
