This innovative project converted a 1920's-era flour mill into a series of multi-level residential lofts with a roof-top swimming pool and sun deck.  Design features include concrete floors, exposed brick walls and ceilings, as well as historic building elements.  The penthouse units above the grain elevators offer a remarkable view of downtown Dallas.
