AD provided architectural design services to Jacobs as Prime A/E for the design of this multi-phase mixed-use development on Synergy Park Boulevard just north of the UTD campus.  The architectural language of the buildings incorporates the character of the local area with the sensibilities of UTD.  The project consists of various unit styles, including flats, townhomes, flex, and a prominent retail component along Synergy Park Boulevard.
