This project is a four-story, cast-in-place concrete dormitory, consisting of 86 double rooms and 64 single rooms with shared baths for a total of 236 beds. The three and four story faciltiy also provided a director's suite, a unit for visiting faculty and several common spaces, including study lounges, a classroom, and a community room. Architecture Demarest acted as the Design Architect for this project, borrowing language from the historically significant buildings on campus creating a cohesive campus identity.
